Message	epoxy paint. Make sure to also buy the special sand to mix in to give it a grippy surface. It is not cheap, but it works. I have had my floor for over 1.5 years so far and it is still like day one. My neighbor's single part Behr epoxy from Home Depot started to peel and lift after only a few months. Just make sure to prep the floor properly. I used muriatic (sp?) acid to make extra sure that the floor was clean. email me if you have more questions. Glenn
